Continued cutting 40 thou sheet including main spar webs. These took about 25 runs with an Olfa P-800 knife and were a bit tricky to snap along the length, but using a length of 4″ X 2″ pine on its edge and taking my time I was able to get good results.
The thickness meant quite a coarse edge after snapping the cut, so quite a bit of de-burring is in order.
