6-B-8 1 Gear Gussets

Completed cutting out and bending Gear Gussets. See accompanying photos.

1.77 Hours.

After cutting blanks, long flange is bent using extra width. Note holes for brake bolts to pass through.

Trimming off the excess after bending.

Drilling through the excess on the end flange.

Checking for square before bending.

Bend in process.
