I thought I would do some trial forming of the rudder tip rib in a piece of 2024 sheet scrap. This gave me some good practice that would stand me in good stead for all of the other forming required.
As it turned out, this was probably the hardest of all to form without cracking due to the sharp curve of the tip. I made three or four of these before settling on one.
