Cut, fold and hammer to shape as per previous items.
One thing I would recommend with these heavier 0.063 parts, is making the flanges well oversize and instead of trimming them back with the score and snap method (which is possible), I ran them down on my saw bench. The tungsten tip blade does the job well if you have it just protruding enough to clear the thickness of the metal, so as to prevent grabbing. I made them slightly oversize then filed them down to the line for a smooth finish.
