Align, drill and cleco rudder nose skin. There was a bit of mucking around with rivet holes in the nose rib in my efforts to miss the crimps, while having a pitch at 40mm or under and still having five rivets. I eventually arrived at an acceptable arrangement, albeit with the first rivet about 15mm from the rib-to-spar end rather than 10mm. I decided this will be okay, given there is another rivet only 25mm away through the spar/rear skin.
Nose skin trimmed at the top and along its trailing edges 10mm from rivet line as per plans, all ready for priming and riveting.
The whole assembly is quite good with no warping.
